Thank you for shopping with OzJapwear. We are committed to providing reliable shipping while setting clear expectations around processing, delivery, and responsibilities.

Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (business days only)

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (AEST) are typically processed the same business day

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the next business day

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.


Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days

  • Cost: $11.50 AUD

Express Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days

  • Cost: $21.50 AUD

📌 Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including carrier delays, public holidays, weather events, or peak periods.


Pre-Orders & Limited Drops

OzJapwear offers pre-orders and limited edition releases.

  • Pre-order and limited drop items may have extended dispatch times

  • Estimated dispatch windows typically range between 2–6 weeks

  • Dispatch timelines may vary depending on production and demand

Any stated dispatch timeframe is an estimate, not a guarantee.


Split Shipments

If your order contains both:

  • In-stock items, and

  • Pre-order or delayed items

👉 Your order may be split into multiple shipments at our discretion.

Additional shipping charges will not be applied for split shipments.


Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates are provided directly by Australia Post. Please allow time for tracking to activate after dispatch.

Before contacting customer support, we kindly ask that you check your tracking link first.


Authority to Leave (ATL)

By placing an order, you authorise Australia Post to leave your parcel in a safe place if no one is available at delivery, unless you select otherwise during checkout.

Once a parcel is marked as Delivered by Australia Post, responsibility transfers to the customer.


Lost or Missing Parcels

If Australia Post marks a parcel as Delivered but you believe it has not been received:

  • We will assist by lodging an investigation with Australia Post

  • Replacement or refund is not guaranteed and is subject to the carrier’s investigation outcome

OzJapwear is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage after delivery has been confirmed.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a parcel is:

  • Returned to us due to an incorrect address, or

  • Not collected from a postal location

The customer will be required to pay for reshipment.

OzJapwear is not responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect address details.


Shipping Delays

Shipping delays caused by:

  • Australia Post

  • Customs

  • Weather events

  • Peak periods

  • Events outside our control

do not constitute grounds for a refund.


International Shipping

🌍 OzJapwear ships internationally.

  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout

  • Delivery times vary by destination and local postal services

  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and fees

  • We are not responsible for customs clearance delays

If an international parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, the order is not eligible for a refund.
