Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform allowing us to sell our products and services to you.

Limited edition, exclusive, or “1 of 100” items are not guaranteed to be restocked.

Product expectations are subjective, and dissatisfaction alone does not entitle a customer to a refund outside our Refund Policy.

OzJapwear is not responsible for:

Shipping delays do not constitute grounds for refunds unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges are governed by our Refund & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Where permitted, store credit or exchanges may be offered in place of refunds.
