Pre-orders and special sizes

Pre-orders and made-to-order sizes, including 5XL to 7XL, require production time.

Production may take up to 3 to 5 weeks before dispatch.

Once dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email.

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing.

Returns

We process orders quickly to ensure fast dispatch.

Orders may be cancelled or changed within 12 hours of purchase.

After 12 hours, all orders are considered final and cannot be modified or cancelled.

This applies to sale items, pre-orders, and limited releases.

We do not offer cash refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Personal or financial circumstances

In approved cases, store credit may be offered at our discretion, in line with our Refund and Exchange Policy.

Before sending any items back, you must contact us for approval.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Purchases made at pop-up events or in person are final sale.

Cash refunds are not available for change of mind or personal circumstances.

Store credit may be offered if the item is unworn, unused, in original condition with tags attached, and approved by our team after inspection.

Faulty items are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds are issued only for approved returns.

Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
