This reward is valid for one person only and includes a 5-day trip to Japan consisting of:

Eligibility & Redemption Requirements

The reward can only be redeemed using Matcha Points.

The customer must provide a minimum of 4 months' notice before their desired travel month.
This notice is required for us to secure flights, hotels, and pricing. -
Redemption is subject to travel availability, seasonal pricing, airline scheduling, and public holiday restrictions.
Booking Conditions (Very Important)To protect the integrity of this reward and ensure fairness for all customers, OzJapwear retains full control over all booking details, including but not limited to:Flights

All flights are booked in economy class only.

OzJapwear chooses the airline, flight times, layovers, and route based on availability and cost during the booking period.

Customers may request preferred dates, but final dates and flight schedules are determined solely by OzJapwear.

Upgrades, seat selections, baggage selections, and add-ons are not included and, if desired, must be paid by the customer directly with the airline.
Hotels

The hotel star rating, room type, area, and specific property are selected by OzJapwear.

Hotels will be clean, safe, and suitable for travelers, but luxury or premium properties are not included unless specifically stated.

Any room upgrades, extra nights, meal plans, or additional services must be paid by the customer.
Restrictions & Limitations

Once flights and hotels are booked and confirmed, no changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made for any reason.

This reward cannot be transferred to another person.

This reward cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or any other product.

This reward cannot be purchased with money — it is redeemable only through the Matcha Points program.

Visa requirements or fees

Travel insurance

Personal expenses, food, transport, or activities

Lost flights due to customer lateness

Changes caused by airlines, weather conditions, or government regulations

Customer Responsibilities

Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.

Cover the cost of:

Transport to/from airports

Any meals, activities, or additional services

Any fees arising from missed flights, visa issues, late arrivals, or personal circumstances

Provide accurate information needed for booking (full name, passport details, etc.).
OzJapwear Rights
To protect the fairness of the program and ensure consistency:

OzJapwear may adjust travel dates, times, or hotel selection if circumstances require it.

OzJapwear may decline redemption if a customer does not meet the minimum notice requirement or fails to provide required documents.

OzJapwear may modify program terms at any time, but any trip already confirmed remains honored as booked.
