Terms & Conditions of Entry
The promoter is Everything Animee Australia Pty Ltd trading as OzJapwear (ABN 70 668 581 851; ACN 668 581 851) of Unit 1, 46 Reeves Crescent, Bonnyrigg NSW 2177 (the "Promoter"). Questions about this promotion can be sent to ozjapwearbusiness@gmail.com.
The promotion runs from 12:00am (AET, Sydney) on 1 August 2026 to 11:59pm (AET, Sydney) on 19 October 2026 (the "Promotional Period"). Entries earned outside this period are invalid.
3.1 Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
3.2 Directors, officers, employees and contractors of the Promoter and their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with this promotion, are not eligible to enter or win.
3.3 Entrants under 18, or found not to meet these conditions, will be disqualified and any entries voided.
4.1 During the Promotional Period, entries are earned automatically by purchasing from the OzJapwear online store or in an OzJapwear physical store. No separate registration is required.
4.2 Each order earns one (1) entry for every full AUD $160 of product subtotal in that order, excluding shipping and taxes, rounded down. For example: $160-$319 = 1 entry; $320-$479 = 2 entries; $480-$639 = 3 entries.
4.3 The $160 threshold applies per order. Orders with a product subtotal below $160 earn no entries, and amounts do not carry over between orders.
4.4 There is no limit to the number of entries a person may earn during the Promotional Period.
4.5 An order must be paid to be valid. If an order is cancelled or refunded (in full, or to below an entry threshold), the corresponding entries are void.
4.6 Entries are deemed to be made by the person named on the order and associated account. In the event of a dispute, the Promoter's records prevail.
5.1 There is one (1) prize: a 5-day trip to Japan for the winner only, comprising return international economy flights from Sydney, accommodation for the trip duration, and a 3-day OzJapwear x Kyle guided experience (themes selected by the winner from those offered).
5.2 There is one (1) prize. The total value of the prize (the total prize pool) is approximately AUD $10,000, being the full retail value of the return flights, accommodation and guided experiences the winner receives, correct as at 15 July 2026. The actual value may vary depending on the winner's departure point, travel dates, and other factors, and any difference is not payable to the winner.
5.3 The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.
5.4 The prize does not include: meals or activities not expressly listed in the itinerary, travel insurance, visas, passport costs, spending money, transfers not specified, or any other cost of a personal nature. These are the winner's responsibility.
6.1 The winner must hold a valid passport with sufficient validity for travel to Japan, and obtain any visas or documents required to travel.
6.2 Trip must be taken within a year. The winner must confirm acceptance of the prize and agree on a travel date with the Promoter within fourteen (14) calendar days of being notified. Travel may be scheduled for any available date on or after 27 November 2026, subject to availability and any applicable booking restrictions.
6.3 The winner is responsible for ensuring they meet all health, travel and entry requirements. The Promoter is not liable for any failure to meet these requirements.
6.4 If the winner cannot take or accept the prize as described, the prize will be forfeited and the Promoter may draw a new winner (subject to any applicable regulations).
7.1 The winner will be chosen by a random draw, weighted by the number of valid entries held, conducted using ViralSweep at 5:00pm (AEDT) on 23 October 2026 at Unit 1, 46 Reeves Crescent, Bonnyrigg NSW 2177.
7.2 The draw is a game of chance; no skill is involved.
8.1 The winner will be notified in writing by email, using the details associated with their entry, within two (2) business days of the draw.
8.2 The winner must confirm acceptance within fourteen (14) days of first notification. If the winner does not respond within this time, cannot be contacted, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be treated as unclaimed and an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted in accordance with clause 8.4.
8.3 The winner will be drawn live on 23 October 2026. The winner's last name, first initial and postcode will be published on the Promoter's website at ozjapwear.com within 30 days of the draw, and communicated to entrants.
8.4 If the prize remains unclaimed, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at 5:00pm (AEDT) on 9 November 2026 at Unit 1, 46 Reeves Crescent, Bonnyrigg NSW 2177. The unclaimed prize winner will be notified in writing within seven (7) days, and their last name, first initial and postcode will be published on the Promoter's website at ozjapwear.com within 30 days of that draw.
9.1 By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities before, during and after the trip, which may include a winner announcement and community introduction, interviews, photography and videography, and social media content.
9.2 The winner grants the Promoter a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use their name, image, likeness, statements, and any photos or videos created before, during or after the trip, for the Promoter's advertising, marketing and promotional purposes, without further compensation.
10.1 The Promoter may verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, acts fraudulently, or breaches these terms.
10.2 If this promotion cannot run as planned for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may, subject to any written direction from a relevant regulator, cancel, amend or suspend the promotion.
10.3 If a prize component becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a component of equal or greater value.
10.4 These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of its courts. For entrants in South Australia, this promotion is also conducted in accordance with the Lotteries Act 2019 (SA) and the Lotteries Regulations 2021 (SA).
11.1 Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
11.2 To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, injury or delay arising from participation in the promotion or use of the prize, including any act or omission of third-party travel providers.
12.1 The Promoter collects entrants' personal information to conduct the promotion. Winner information will be disclosed to travel providers (which may include airlines, accommodation providers and the tour operator in Japan, some of whom are overseas) to arrange the prize.
12.2 Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter's privacy policy at https://ozjapwear.com/policies/privacy-policy.
